Caller: Dihn Nguyen This is a scam selling puppies. Claims that he is based in SA an will ship the puppy. Then you get an email advising that you need to pay a further 2 payments of $450 for fright and $500 for the hire of a special crate. No contact number, no official format and poor English. Claims to be info @ parcelelocatorslogistics.com
