Probable scammer. unknown company. left no message but when I called back I was redirected to a number than went silent when answering. After about 12 seconds of silence there was a click and a person came on who said his name was Issac and had a slight accent...possibly Asian such as Philippino, but refused to say what company he was from. He wanted my details though. Sounds like I was transferred to an overseas call centre, so almost certainly a scam or overseas based telemarketer.
