I've had 3 phone calls from this number, but they haven't left a message. It appears to be spam, scam. I've also had 3 different numbers call all with the same 0480 beginning. One of the numbers left a voicemail and it had an asian speaking. I reported it as spam, I'm now going to block the number.

No message. Just suspected spam

Assuming scam, answered and phone hangs up... blocked.

Caller: different times of the day

They listen only, you can hear sounds in the background but they are disconnecting quickly.
Probably phishing for people who say their name as they recive the phone call to scam government services.
