Been getting calls from this number every day for a week! Tried calling back, said it was disconnected

Never leaves a msg ... doesn't give a chance to answer.

Caller: Someone who didn’t speak much English

Claimed they were from some electricity company- could not understand them- then in a menacing tone demanded to know if I had paid the electricity accounts- he was told none of your business and I hung up
