Caller: Benny Pang allegedly from Badan legal so they go by 315 legal and Badan Received an email from Benny Pang regarding a possible trade mark of my business name from another entity. Huge time waste looking up the facts. The name is registered with ASIC and has been for over 10 years. Good luck trying to register it as a trade mark. Scam trying to get money for no legit or legal reason. Trade mark lawyers fraud.

Caller: 315 Legal Received an email and a call. Claiming to be an IP lawyer and that my company name was potentially infringing on a trade mark and trying to get me to use their services. This is a known scam as identified by IP Australia and listed on the IP Australia website... Avoid interacting with this company.
