Caller said from Telstra said my IP address is public and wanted to help me fix it.

Called me by the first name but it was an alias which I use when I don't want to give my name. That's how I knew it was a scam and hung up. She didn't call back though so I guess it was a scam

He called me by my full name and Laughed and hung up.

This number is so annoying me and trying to call me everyday. Even I turned off my phone for 2 weeks and when I turned it back on they call me again. Might be scam!

Slight time delay from answering until caller spoke which usually denotes an overseas call - but caller ID was from an Australian mobile number?
Caller hung up when I repeated our business name after not receiving a response from the first time.

Most likely this is a spoofed number for an overseas scammer group.

Foreign voice. Asked for me by name. Laughed weirdly and hung up.
