They called, I answered, they hung up. I called back and the message was "I'm sorry, that is not a valid extension"
Sheesh. Now am I going to get spammed or worst, for answering, and unwittingly confirming mine is a valid number?

Asking to save on electricity. I put on a panic led voice a said “I have done it. There is blood everywhere. I must get rid of the body”. They hung up.

Went to answer and it just hanged up

I answered and blank air! Same experience as everyone else. Clearly fishing. Scam

It's an Electricity Price Comparison site and call relates to all energy providers increasing prices recently.
Useless calling number back to check if CID is genuine ..

No name given. No message left. If they don't tell me who they are, I don't answer.

This No. Called today (30/1/21) @ about 4:00PM. Whoever it was let our message bank go to the end of the recording then hung up.

Called with indian accent from "energy savers" - I am beyond trying to argue with a lamp post (at least its about as helpful as) so just bade him a good day and hung up

Called and said it was regarding my electricity "renewal" which is not a thing. I asked what company he was calling from and he just said "electricity company". He only knew my first name and asked if I had checked my letter box for the "mail"

Scam.

Didnt answer, won't answer unless they leave a msg. And if it's that important they will.

Sacmmer, stating he was energy watch and thought I lived in sydney and about my energy bill, when I said this he hung up.

Fellow with an Indian accent waffled on for a couple of minutes about electricity prices in my area. I hung up after he asked me who our electricity provider was.

Did not recognise number (home phone) so let it go to v/m... no message left = suspicious. As usual, checked this site and have now blocked.

Stupid me answered this call, as soon as they heard me answered they hung up.
