Person phoned, heard nothing call ended

Have had several calls from 0480… numbers which I have blocked but they keep on changing

Caller: "James from the Wine Group"

Got a missed call from this number. Called it back and got an automated "your call is important to us, please stay on the line" followed by "its James from the wine group, how can i help you?"

This is at least the 3rd time i've blocked this scammer. They just change numbers.

Nuisance caller. Scam. Call went for 2 mins insisting on silly wine promo. Hung up and blocked number.

Wine Group - no idea how they got my number, every time I block it they call again a day or two later from another slightly different number. This has been going on for months now and is very frustrating.

turns out James is just a very clever bot. Sounds like a normal person but is actually preprogrammed response. I have absolutley no idea how this company is allowed to continue doing this while trading in Australia. They are the biggest friggen pains in the butt. Like headlive I guess, if not worse as impossible to get rid of. If I could reach through the phone and slap the person responsible I would.
