Caller: MyHeritage

The phone number is from myHeritage, yet they are deceitful scammers. They ignore you and rope you into plans you don't want and have no way of cancelling or contacting you. Then when Lawrence from myHeritage finally calls you on this number after ignoring every attempt to contact myheritage, he patronised you, gaslight you and lies to you. Avoid this company at all costs. If you are not with myHeritage don't answer they are scammers and breach consumer law.

I thought this call was genuine; that it was from a company I deal with. However it cost me $340.41 for something I didn't ask for because they had access to my PayPal account, which makes me wonder if they might be genuine. I messaged them within a very short time of being charged, called them deceitful, & asked for a refund, and today they've tried to phone a couple of times but only let it ring a couple of times before I can get to the phone. When I called the number back it was a recorded message. I'm getting very angry.

They tried calling before they sent an email saying they were gonna call me. I've been trying to get a refund since they automatically charged me $419.90 two weeks ago. I tried to call back multiple times, but was met with voicemail.

It is my heritage. You should talk to them and get your money back! I’ve had to a couple of times! My reacting payment t keeps getting turned on when I turned it off! 🙄so call them and get your money eh back! 😬

My heritage took $450.00 out of my credit card and I didn’t know that was going to happen. I want a refund because I’m not happy with their site. I missed their call so I’ll see what happens. Had no idea it was an automatic payment. They should emphasise that they are keeping your credit card number.😔

My Heritage telemarketing trying to get me to renew after I cancelled a subscription because they are an Israeli based company. They called me 5 times in 24 hours. Borderline harassment. Never giving them a cent ever again.

I came here with this number as it called me without leaving a message. About 2 months ago I suddenly got charge $380 that i couldn’t stop. I’ve emailed and demanded a refund but haven’t heard back. Then this call.

This number appears to be a call centre for multiple companies. Which explains why a company the size of My Heritage was using a mobile phone number, and does not appear to have a separate number for customers to contact them. Seems to be a way of fobbing off complaints and queries.

Spam hang up caller. Rings multiple times over and over.
