Caller: Claimed to be from Comm Bank Called regarding a failed payment of $600 to my Commbank acct. I don’t have an account with them. They were insisting my name was Vanessa B and when I said no they then wanted to know my name. Very poor line, lots of background noise and the lady was rude when I pushed back asking for her employee number or call log number.

Caller: Said they were from commonwealth bank Calling about a failed $600 payment transfer, got sh*tty when I said that I don’t have a commonwealth account!
