This number is part of a block of numbers allocated to PIVOTEL SATELLITE. Why would anyone that I don't know, be calling me from a satellite phone? I've had a few calls from this block of numbers, but never from exactly the same number twice. They are scammers seeking to find ways around the measures put in place by the telecommunications industry, that's why!
