Get a call from this number, but didn’t tell anything when I accept the call. I did call to this number and it said couldn’t be connected.

Call from a man with an Indian accent. He spoke quite unclearly but said he was ringing from Telstra about my internet (I’m with another provider). He then asked me whether my computer was on and what kind it was; he seemed to be trying to keep me on the phone. He spoke unclearly and there were long delays before he would answer a question or ask his next question. Eventually I hung up.
