After answering the call and saying hello there was no response, just a recording in a foreign language (non English).

Random call. Called back. Number answers without ringing and is then just silent with low static.

They tell you that your wifi has been running public places and that they need you to go to the wifi settings and tell them your IP address DON'T TELPL THEM YOUR IP ADDRESS
