Claimed to be from energy australia, who I am not a customer of. Has been calling me from the same number over and over for weeks now.

self claimed Energy, i m not a customer, i have never contacted anyone in this company . Kept calling me , super annoying , probably a scam call

Claiming to want info about our new account. Wanted to ask security questions, refused to answer them, and they hung up.

Called claiming to be from EnergyAustralia and was calling to discuss some issues with direct debiting. She said she had to verify my account details by confirming my details, I stopped the conversation at that point and didnt say anything else.

Claimed to be from Energy Australia and I immediately felt uneasy with the amount of information that she “required” from me. Sounded like an Indian lady.

She claimed that she is from Energy Australia and liked to increase my weekly direct debit amount

The lady sound indian accent and tell me he calling behalf of energy australia,when i as her the reason she ring up then she immediately ask for my personal details before continue the conversation, i refused to tell her any of my details then she hang up.
