He rang and said am I speaking to (and gave my surname)? I did not confirm I just said "What's this in regards to?" He replied with somehthing indecipherable and hung up. Rang back number and it is 'not in service' surprise surprise. I am sure he was one of those ones that wanted me to answer 'Yes' so they had my voice recorded to confirm anything.
