We keep receiving extremely threatening phone calls from a person called Stephen who says he is calling from a company called KASTRA LOGIC stating that we signed an agreement some time ago to protect our internet security and they will draw down US$1500 to renew the agreement for another two years. when we advised we have never signed an agreement for such service then he says we can cancel the service for Initially US$125, when we protest the cancellation fee went up to $500 and with further protest from us the fee went up to US$1000.00 we received an identical call the day before from a company called Live Technologies with exactly the same threats.
Stephen has advised us he will keep calling until he extracts the money out of us. They appear to have a Nigerian accent. We have received a number of call from them and recorded the following phone numbers +610(0)11772000 and 1800 989 153 all with the same threat
they actually sent me a copy of a contact I was supposed to have signed - the signature was of zero resemblance to my signature. they are very persistent and extremely threatening
