John phoned me from the National incentives program, I said "I'm sorry, I don't have time to talk with you right now" he told me "Don't pick up the F___ing phone then Prick" Can I make a complaint somewhere? This behaviour is not acceptable.

They call then hang up no
Message left. Then you call back mail box full, telemarketers for sure

I had a call from Rebecca last night while working in the office towards the end of a 15 hour day. Still had an hour or so to go and said politely that I really don't have time for distractions at the moment. She then replied "well why did you pick up the phone then" and then hung up on me.
The height of rudeness!

John phoned me last night! I told him I was not interested and he said: "Yeah I know, why?" I replied, "I think that is very rude John" and I hung up. He then rang back! He said " I want to tell you that the definition of rude is saying No when you know nothing about why I am calling". I told John that I hoped the phone call was being recorded. I was stunned at how he had the audacity to phone back. As a single woman living on my own I was rattled.

I apologise to all those comments, and really won't let that happen again. It's not a scam too, it's a very pro company that helps people on 3 stages of Tax min, Mortgage reduction and retirement planning. But unfortunatly my behaviour was effected by this, so there is no excuse for it and this will never happen again and have changed my studity. Regards Paul

We work hard hear to try and get people in the door, with no selling to help them get this info. Clearly a scam going on here. I've had about three different people call from this number over the last two months offering a Government rebate but providing no information about what the rebate is. They try and get personal details and try to arrange an appointment with a "Rep" who will be able to provide all the necessary info when they meet you!! Very Aggresive when questioned and persistently keep calling back when you hang up on them.

Is there someone we can actually call to complain about him? He's been calling me too.

This guy "Paul" has been calling me for weeks and will not stop calling. Up to 3-4 calls per day trying to get me to agree to meet with a rep for the 'National Incentive Program'. I agreed a few weeks ago just to get him off my back then rang to cancel the appointment after seeing this website. Since then he has rung me every day and is very aggressive and extremely persistent. I have now blocked his calls but still get notifications that he's tried calling several times a day yet he got agro with ME for wasting his time. UNBELIEVABLE!

Rang up talking about a "National Incentive Program", something to do with saving money with tax/superannuation.

every day calls my mobile and home number, never leaves message, can't provide any details on the 'government backed' rebate service, eg I asked for a referral through to govt website explaining rebate and they said they didnt know where I could find info on this public scheme. Wants to send someone over to meet me. Aggressive and dont take no for an answer

Same deal as everyone else here. Rings up trying to sell some investment scheme. Can be quite aggressive in his manner and won't take no for an answer.

Rang me talking about saving me money but would give no details and would only give details if a representative came to my home, i told him to get lost . He became a bit agro with all my questions

Got the same call from Paul who claims to be from Accrue in QLD. Rang about the Australian Information Rebate service despite being on the do not call register.

He called several times asking to speak to my partner. Hung up when I informed him she was not available. Eventually spoke to me, waffled on about tax rebate incentives etc, when I asked who he represented he hung up on me. I called the number, claims to be Paul from the Australian Information Rebate Service

Serial caller. Harrassment about solar rebate. Trying to sell me their solar panel system. Tell them I'm not interested and they still call. Very nasty when you tell them you're not interested and ask them to not call again. But they call again the next day.
