Caller: Someone claiming to be from the ANZ bank Caller told me my ANZ card had been used for a $1,000 transaction. The automated voice said Press 1 if I did not authorise the transaction and 2 if it was ok. No further information was requested. I pressed 1 and hung up. I later realised that I do not have an ANZ credit card and any use of my other ANZ cards requires a PIN number. Am closely monitoring my accounts in case anything untoward occurs.
