Caller: Said he was from NBN telecom

Said they had noticed over the last few days my internet speed was slow and he could fix it free of charge. I said my speed was OK but he said it wasn't my computer he was talking about. When he asked for my download and upload speeds, I said I didn't know how to do that. He offered but I said no thank you and hung up.

Never believe anyone who calls you about your internet unless you know its your provider. Nobody can see your internet speeds except you and them. Everyone else is lying.
