Caller: Madhah Non Madhah bought a flower from our website from Melbourne, we then called him and explained that we only deliver in Sydney and asked him to give us a bank details to refund his money. we did refund his money the next day. after two month he filled a dispute form in PayPal against us and PayPal took money from our account and refunded his money. we called him and asked him about the reason he said he does not even know us and never bought anything from our website and hanged the phone.
