Statute limitations in a debt is legally 6 years also any debt bought by a third party without consent of the debtor is no longer legally payable by the debtor as you didn’t sign a contract with them.... they bank on you not knowing your rights a contract is only binding between to consenting parties the contract is void if it is sold to a third party without consent of both original parties.
So check if they are acting on behalf of a creditor or they have bought the debt before agreeing to any payment plans

Dont answer they are chasing debts that have either been paid or in my case paid back in 2005, which they still think I owe in Oct 2018. Get a bloody real job you scum bags. I haven't got any bad debt and can easily get a loan or fiance so doubt these losers are even blacklisting you.
If you haven't paid thou and it's past 6 years....it's classed as a bad debt and written off. These guys won't stop, refuse to agree to any payment plan. Why pay for something they should write off.
