Do not use this realty company for leasing an apartment. When I moved out of one of their units, they kept All of my bond money. They claimed they had to replace their "new" carpet because it was stained and marked. When I moved in I noted on my lease agreement that everything in the flat was used, and Not like new condition. I have tried to email and phone the company and they do not get back to me about my bond. I'm extremely upset and I would never recommend this business. Avoid it.
