Please all users do not go near this person known as Jagal or Kuthalege he is a Sri Lankan and puts ads on facebook market place advertising for a room in a share house and he says the house is his own but he rents it off people he takes your own money doesn't register your bond and then doesn't pay rent onto the actual owners! PLEASE DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PERSON. He alleges that he is a migration agent working for a company and he can provide you with accommodation. This is a very strong word of caution do not go near him. What is very disappointing is he did this to a property in high street East Launceston Tasmania, he sublet the house without the consent of the owners and took money from people then he moved interstate so everyone reading this don't be ripped off by him. Also he uses the name as Jack Peiris everyone you have been told I don't want others getting taken down.
