Scamming Indian caller.. When will these people give up?

3 days in a row, just hung up, must be testing if numbers are active to give to telemarketers to scam you.

Two non-responses when I said "Hello". Then in an upward lilting voice, "Good-bye" and hung up. Strong feeling was "bad". I still don't bank or buy on mobile for good reason; convenience has harsh price tag. BUT servers MUST stop asking birth date for ID security question before servicing caller. I've insisted that my refusal to disclose birth date be sent 'upstream' as feedback to management.

Keeps calling can’t ring back. Hangs up before I can answer
