They left a text message as noted in another comment. I’m not following the link as it seems a scam.

Just got this message from this number: Hello - Your order has been held at our forwarding depot. Please follow instructions here: http://i1z.me/NUM9f - I nearly clicked it because I am expecting a delivery tomorrow BUT I then checked my tracking code for that delivery with Australia Post and there is no other message from them.
So I would say it’s definitely not legit!

I also got this message about a parcel arriving and upon further checking found it to be fake. Someone has a window into Australia Post / Couriers to know that a parcel is expected.
