Automated NAB credit card Bill payment overdue reminder call.

OMG.....NAB are the biggest pain in the butts !!!!!!! They harass and harass you and don't leave any messages. Then on the odd chance you answer, it is a recorded message advising you to ring a number !!!! PISS OFF !!!!!!!

Yes I'm over it. You have already charged me for being late NAB ...so don't bother ringing you can wait for payment now!

That's it - had enough. This is the 20th different mobile number they are using. Yes I am late with my payment but get over it. I pay as soon as I can and don't need to be harassed for it. It is harassment to be called 5 times a day, all from separate numbers. I was waiting for 20 different numbers before I lay the complaint with the ombudsman and now is the time

Yep - i agree. It is NAB and yes I am late but serioulsy - 5 times plus a day. And while im at work so no way am I answering at work - especially since its not like i can hide the fact im discussing my financial situation with them!

Keep getting recorded messages from nab when I answer the phone, they're not for me, always for the same person though. I don't even bank with Nab! Not sure if it's a scam or they have my number and think I'm someone else...

NAB - no idea why they're ringing me, rang four times to my mobile this morning and then my home landline as well. Started at 8am. But it can't be debt collection as I don't have any debts.

Now nab are using "mobile" numbers as so many people won't answer 'unknown' This trick doesn't work with me as I only answer numbers that I know and EXPECT others to leave a message (which they don't). I know I am late with my payment but STOP RINGING ME 5 TIMES A DAY.
