Literally said they were my personal bank, asked for bank details and said they would help me update my computer if I downloaded their softaware. Quite funny actually

The are a scam group and all they need to do is have to establish communication so they can access your phone so they can download their software onto your phone with out your permission.

Caller: Claimed to be COMM BANK (Commonwealth Bank?)

Message claimed that there had been irregular 'activity' on my Account and that it had been paused. Directing me to access an unknown website to verify my identity and 'unfreeze' Account. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY ACCOUNT! If you get a message from this number or a similar message - DO NOT REPLY!!! Scam!!!

Caller: Unknown. Claimed to be Commbank

On my mobile, message said "... new recipient successfully added ..." and gave me a link to click on if I hadn't organised it. I didn't click on it. I don't have a CommBank account.
