The caller said they were from Amazon and understood I wanted to cancel my Prime membership and that I would have to pay $17 to them. They asked me to download an app from Play Store - Team Viewer Quick Support - which turns out to be a remote access app. I told the caller I believed they were a scam and that I would personally contact Amazon. Amazon confirmed they would not cold call and do this. BEWARE!
