What a crock. I think these scammers just do an easy finger swipe for a phone number. This one is 89 45.
They are as lazy as can be . No Telecommunications service has any identification for this number, so just one the scammers have keyed into their robo calling device to deceive you & trick you into answering.
Delete it. Block it and send it onto telstra security services or scamwatch.
