Caller: Chinese recording Pre-recorded Chinese female voice starts talking immediately you answer so we hung up immediately. We have blocked this number. We suspect this is a repeat of a previous scam. The government must be able to trace who these scam numbers belong to and to stop them. It's time a special branch of the fraud dept of the police was established to trace and prosecute scammers of all sorts.
