Received a call from this mobile number. The caller was a Chinese National and when asked to speak to me in English, paused for a moment and then continued speaking in Mandarin. Caller is still unknown and context of call remains unknown. I returned the call and received a Telstra message that the caller wasn't available right now etc. No personal name or company name was included in the recorded voicemail message.
