Said they were Vodafone and were able to apply a 40% discount. In order to apply the discount they needed my account PIN.

Received a call from this number, claiming to be someone from Vodafone {I am a customer and have been for ages}, about a 40% discount for a year at literally 2:43 PM and I decided to hang up in his face when he asked for account PIN, I deepened my voice so he didn’t know my real voice. Obvious scam, don’t follow his instructions if your a Vodafone customer like me. I reported him to Vodafone’s main website… Sucks to be him…

Supposedly from Vodafone pushing a promotion for 60% discount for 6 months, which then alternated to 40% for a year, couldn't quite pin it down.
Couldn't tell me who I am, ergo clear scam call.
I don't even use Vodafone.
