Caller: Text message Text message saying debit card blocked and to call (02) 8006 5057 - not likely!! They didn't even tell me what bank it was

Scam message Says Bank alert, that card has been deactivated temporarily due to suspicious activity & to call customer service on that number. Our card is still working & our bank does not temporarily deactivate it, they cancel it totally & reissue us a new one. Rang number from a landline & call rang out.
