Report it to Optus so they are at least aware. Google optus bill scam. They should have somewhere you can contact.

Appears to be a SCAM site purporting to be linked to Optus Mobile. Endeavoring to say the last bill had not been paid. The REAL Optus Web pages confirmed bill paid and the web page given to enter or query the payment is actually a deceptive site which was automatically blocked by the web browser
