As I don't bank with Westpac, I'm assuming that it is a SCAM of some sort. I just blocked the number.

Message claiming to be from Bendigo Bank saying that my new payee L ANDREWS has successfully been sent $87.29 AUD. If it was NOT paid by you, visit :
https://bendigo-payee-alert.co. Don't have a new payee so presumably another scam!

Scammer says a $950 transaction was successful to pay a person. If I didn't authorize it to press a link.

Message regarding a payment from Bendigo bank don't bank with them blocked the number.

Message claiming to be from Bendigo Bank (I'm not a customer) saying there was an unusual payment from my account and asking me to login to a website. Obvious scam.
