The number called me, and then when I called them back, there was a Dud recorded message to say that the number I called was disconnected. This is very easy to do. All you do is record a message of a number that is disconnected and then upload this MP3 to your voice mail. People who ring the dodgy number will be lead to think that the number is disconnected BUT IT IS NOT.
A bit of technical trickery ... that is all.
