text saying my package will arrive shortly. link: www.up.avitos.pro/lf/?.. followed by a string of numbers and letters

Text that my package is at/a pick-point. I have had several similar texts.

"Your shipment coming in 3 hours"
On a Saturday ? Pretty dodgy, but I keep getting them

Text about a parcel. Called number, answer machine angry man yelling.

Texted the obscure message "Message'gm' for & you:" with a link I refuse to open.

Text message saying -
New / Voicemail: https://~ malicious URL link removed.

Stupid text message about a parcel. I have received a numbe of these messages but from different numbers. Def a scam. Apart from blocking the number not sure what else I can do to stop from getting them. I guess everyone else who comes to this page thinks the same thing.
