A foreign voice asked who I was and if I had recently lost money on an investment. I told them I couldn't remember.
He persisted and added, he was from XYZ Brokers and was in their recovery dept. I said if you are legit, why do I have to tell you anything, you already have all the information you need. He said I have to supply account details so they can refund me my money. I said, could you send me a bank draft? He said if I didn't co-operate he couldn't do anything for me.

I suggested that if he really wanted to help me and lots of other investors he'd do a Swan Dive off the top tier of the Sydney Harbor Bridge.
Needless to say, he hung up there and then. Definitely a scam artist.
