Check out the name he goes by! Probably a scammer, be careful. Sent me an email in response to a Wanted ad I had placed for an auto transmission which I had up in a few places. Said he had one, maybe three (!?). With his phone at the bottom. I sent back a polite reply saying thanks and asked a few questions (as you do) and asked the best time to call. After a full week, no response! Dodgy as anything.

Note that this type of scam to steal your money is becoming extremely common these days. They answer your wanted ad, saying they have what you want and then it's a case of getting you to send them the money and they will hold it for you or send it to you. I have been caught out once like this previously.
