Sent a text saying 'Francis' had a podiatry appointment at a hospital in Queensland. Included details on when and exactly where. Told me to call 3810 1217 if I had any issues, which is strange seeing as that's not the number it was sent from.
I doubt this was a mistake because usually hospitals are more accurate with contacts than this and it's the third time I've got a text like this. Also, the date for the appointment has changed now without me mentioning anything so if it was an actual appointment, they surely must have been able to contact the client and therefore should have their actual number.
