Caller: "Chinese Embassy"

Automated message played when call answered, stating in Chinese the call is from the "Chinese embassy" and there are important documentations that needs to be collected, which would impact the call recipient's residency in Australia. This is total rubbish, as I am not Chinese, am actually an Australian citizen, and has nothing ever to do with China - never travelled, no business connections etc. I have received many of these calls in the past from various mobile numbers, all I have blocked. This is fear mongering of their own people, and is the most disgusting scam to Ethnic Chinese in Australia, especially those older ones who are still probably living in fear that their motherland is after them!
