Sounded young, male. Could hear him talking to someone else at the start of the call. Said he was from Telstra and saying he got an email saying I had poor internet connection. I said no. Then he immediately said they will check it out and hung up abruptly.

Suspicious since it was from a mobile number. I tried calling back and the voicemail was a young male voice stating his name is William Macintosh.
