Caller: scammer received text at midnight from this number EASTLINK ; PENALTIES WILL BE IMPOSED ON OUTSTANDING DEBTS ON TOLL INVOICES THAT ARE NOT SETTLED BEFORE THE DUE DATE. LEARN MORE HTTPS ://LINKSEASTLINKC.CLICL/EAST. There are no tolls where I live..Soooooooooo. these calls & messages come through during the night very late & are constant. Stevie wonder could see these are SCAMMERS !
