Caller: Green energy Calling to say that I am eligible for $4,000 solar rebate. Claims to not be selling anything, although when I ask for details on his organisation can't tell me anything. African accent and very obviously a offshore call centre. SCAM block the number, when I tried to return call it disconnects.
