Same ...I'm on Do Not Call List and when number is called the message is mobile phone number is currently not accepting calls.

this number called me at 2pm on a weekday, I answered, there was no noise and then it just hung up.

just like the previous complaint posted today, I called back and the message said the mobile number is not currently receiving incoming calls
