Caller: Scammer Received a text message at 5:00 PM yesterday. It says:
"Bendigo: Your new device has been registered for e-banking on Wednesday 13/07. If this was NOT you, please visit: [link here]."
I don't bank with Bendigo, nor would I believe that text message even if I did. But it will definitely fool a lot of people as it looks completely legitimate. Even the link address (which I didn't click on, obviously) looked very real.
