Caller: I don’t know

Got a message telling me my Apple account had been locked for security reasons, but my account is running normally, and I did a google search for the link and nothing came up at all.
I typed in the link rather than click through on my phone and a page did come up but it was not secure and also wanted me to input my credit card details. Luckily I know not to do that but hope others have not been caught by this scam.

tried to 'suggest' my app ID was blocked and invited me to a website to unblock it
