update on my earlier comment: I contacted Clean Made office in Melbourne. They do have a Steve on the staff. One of our phone numbers was listed under another name. Person I spoke to was going to investigate our 2nd phone number. He was puzzled why Optus reported their some of their phone numbers as disconnected / incorrect / incomplete.

2 similar messages earlier on another phone - we deleted these without checking except to find out that Clean Made is a real company. We will contact them and report this use of their name.
