Called about personal injury claim from a "recent accident", (which, coincidently, I had been involved in, but just a carpark bingle, no injuries, minimal panel damage). Wanted to know if it was this year or last year? I said dont you have that info in front of you? And I dont provide personal info to cold callers. Hung up on me.
