Sent me a text message saying "Hello [my name], we received your form, Thanks for your Request:" and then a shortened link.
They had my name and phone number, so I thought it was something I had provided my details to. I had created an account for a website a few hours earlier, therefore I assumed it was from them. I clicked on the link. I got off it quite quickly after I realised it was a spam link, so I didn't get a good look at the website. It was some sort of advertisement, but I didn't want to stick around for long.
